Attorney Eric S. Ellison
Eric S. Ellison has been licensed by the State of North Carolina to practice law since 1999. After starting his career at the Legal Aid Society of Winston-Salem, Eric opened The Ellison Law Firm in 2000. Eric handles cases in both the civil and criminal areas of the law. His primary practice areas are real estate, child support, and property bonds. He also has decades of experience in criminal law at the state court level. His staff is fully bilingual.
Eric is originally from Detroit, Michigan. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Eric has been an active member of his community both in Michigan and Winston-Salem since grade school. He has been a resident of Winston-Salem since 1999 and considers this city home.
Eric is the father of Caleb, Luke, and Cora Joy. He enjoys every minute of fatherhood and can often be found coaching basketball, cheering on his kids at their sporting events, or volunteering with several charities.

Tania Silva has been with The Ellison Law Firm since 2015. She is known as the heartbeat of the firm.
Tania serves as our office manager and real estate paralegal. Her professionalism and attention to detail bring great value to our efforts to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied with the service we provide. Tania is bilingual and is always ready to serve The Ellison Law Firm clientele with the best service possible.
Tania is the proud mother of 2 children and an outstanding member of our community.
